Terms & Conditions
Last updated: August 17, 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website sitecrew.io (the "Site") and the Sitecrew platform available at app.sitecrew.io (the "Service"), together operated by Sitecrew ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Site or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Sitecrew is a platform on which AI agents design, build, host, and maintain websites on behalf of users, with user review and approval of significant actions ("human in the loop"). The Site is an informational, marketing-only website; accounts, subscriptions, and website management take place exclusively on the Service.
2. Accounts
To use the Service you must create an account at app.sitecrew.io and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
3. Subscriptions and payment
Parts of the Service are offered free of charge; paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis as described at the time of purchase. Prices are stated exclusive of applicable taxes (such as VAT) unless indicated otherwise. You may cancel at any time, in which case your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
4. Your content and your code
You retain all rights to the content you provide (text, images, brand assets) and to the website code generated for you by the Service. Upon cancellation you may export your website as a standard Laravel application. You grant us the licences necessary to host, display, back up, and operate your website as part of providing the Service.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site or Service to:
- publish content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or deceptive;
- distribute malware or engage in phishing, spam, or other abusive practices;
- infringe the intellectual-property or privacy rights of others;
- interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
6. AI-generated output
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate designs, code, and content. AI output may contain inaccuracies. Significant actions are presented to you for review and approval, and you are responsible for the content you approve and publish through the Service, including its legal compliance in your jurisdiction.
7. Intellectual property
The Site, the Service, and their underlying software, branding, and design (excluding your content and your exported website code) are and remain our property or that of our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of them except as permitted by these Terms.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and secure, but it is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted operation. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where changes are material.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Site or Service. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid to us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 4, 7, and 9) survive.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised "Last updated" date, and, for material changes affecting the Service, notify account holders. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts, unless mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
